It is always a pleasure to have you here, sharing your fascinating stories and the vital knowledge that prepares us for emergencies. I thought this year’s training was extremely focused on the newer techniques to keep us current and efficient. Having a mannequin for each trainee was superb! It allowed more time for individual hands-on practice which truly raised the comfort level for participation. Plus, having more time for Q&A is always better than not. I definitely feel a lot more self-assured this time around after today’s training. Again, you are joy to have and we appreciate your expertise and willingness to share your experiences in such a relatable manner.
